My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and centered on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe true healing requires addressing all aspects of the self, which is why I offer an integrative approach tailored to each individual.
Whether working with you in-person or online, I create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore and release the emotional and physical blocks that have been holding you back.
I combine a variety of therapeutic techniques, with a foundational background in Rogers, Person Centred Theory to help you embrace new, healthier patterns, shift limiting beliefs, heal emotions and process trauma.
By tapping into both the cognitive and somatic (body-based) aspects of healing, we work together to release stored emotional tension, improve emotional regulation, and bring about lasting transformation.
I believe in the power of a mind-body connection, that what we feel in our bodies reflects our mental and emotional experiences. By addressing both, we can uncover the root causes of stress, trauma, and anxiety and gently release them.
