As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, I provide a safe, supportive space for children, young people, and adults to explore their emotions and experiences. My approach blends different therapeutic models to suit each client’s unique needs, helping to heal trauma, attachment wounds, grief and loss, identity struggles, and mental health challenges or navigating neurodivergence in a neurotypical world. Through a compassionate and tailored process, I guide clients toward deeper healing, self-awareness, and lasting change.
