Walk and Talk Therapy in Nature
Walk and Talk Therapy offers a unique and grounding way to explore your thoughts and emotions while moving through nature. Held at my Equine Therapy Yard in the heart of the South Cotswolds, between Bristol and Bath, these sessions provide a refreshing alternative to traditional therapy rooms.

Walking side by side in the open air can make it easier to process emotions, reduce anxiety, and bring a sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
Nature itself is deeply therapeutic, being outdoors supports emotional regulation, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being. Whether walking with or without the presence of horses, the experience helps foster self-reflection in a gentle, non-pressured way.
My therapy dog, Nala, often joins our walks, offering comfort and companionship along the way
This approach is particularly beneficial for those who find it easier to open up while moving, feel more at ease outside a traditional therapy setting, or simply thrive in the healing presence of nature and animals. Walk and Talk Therapy allows you to experience the grounding, restorative power of the natural world while exploring your journey at a pace that feels right for you.
